湖南会展集团有限责任公司是湖南旅游集团为深入践行省委、省政府赋予的发展会展经济的职责使命,组建成立的集场馆运营管理、会展活动主承办、会展配套服务等于一体的省级国有会展综合服务企业,并致力打造湖南龙头会展企业。公司前身为湖南省商务厅商务展览中心,成立于2000年,业务涵盖境内外组展、自办展、商务团组、会务活动及文旅活动策划与执行,参与了近100个重点境内外贸易活动的组织和服务工作,参与执行了3届中非经贸博览会,承办执行了8届中国国际食品餐饮博览会、6届航天航空航海产业发展论坛、2届中博会、3届湖南(岳阳)口岸经贸博览会等国家级、省级重点展会项目。目前已累计服务各类大中型展会近2000场,执行展览面积规模近1000万㎡。

二、基本条件、任职资格和岗位职责
(一)基本条件

三、招聘流程
(一)报名
1.报名时间:2024年1月28日-2月29日17:00。报名截止时间后发送的报名资料以及未按要求提交报名资料者不纳入资格审查范围。
2.报名方式:采取网上报名,应聘人员将报名资料发送至报名邮箱hnlyjthr@163.com,邮件及压缩包的标题格式为“会展集团+总经理岗位+姓名”,压缩包内扫描件名称应为文件相应内容。
3.报名资料要求:
(1)所有报名资料均需发送扫描件(PDF格式),报名资料仅应用于此次招聘,不公开、不退还。
(2)填写《湖南旅游集团应聘表》Word版本(附件2),与扫描件一并发送。
(3)个人身份证(双面),学历、学位证书,学信网关于个人学历学位的认证证明,国外学历需提供教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告。

(二)资格审查
根据应聘人员提交的报名资料进行资格审查。通过资格审查的人员,以电话或短信通知参加笔试、面试,未通过资格审查的,将不另行通知。
(三)笔试
1.笔试时间和地点另行通知。
2.笔试采取闭卷的方式,主要测评应聘人员的基础素质、专业知识以及思维方式和个人能力。
(四)面试
根据笔试成绩由高分到低分,按不低于3:1的比例确定参加面试人员,面试采用半结构化面试,主要测评应聘人员的举止仪表、语言表达、组织协调、分析和解决问题的能力等。
(五)考察与体检
根据综合表现,按人岗匹配原则确定考察人选,履行以下流程:
1.体检。到集团指定医院进行体检。
2.考察。对考察人选进行人事考察(含人事档案审核)。
3.未参加体检、考察或考察不合格者,不能进入下一环节。集团可根据综合成绩排名依次等额递补,递补如无合适人选则核减或取消该岗位招聘计划。
(六)公示
考察与体检结束后,经讨论决定拟录用人员,拟录用人员名单公示期为5个工作日。公示期满无异议的,按规定办理相关手续;公示期内反映的问题经查实影响录用的,取消其录用资格。
四、管理及薪酬待遇
(一)实行聘任制和任期制。湖南会展集团总经理的全球招聘采取职业经理人聘任方式,聘期由集团党委决定,一般3年一个任期(其中试聘期1年),试聘期满经考核合格,办理正式聘用手续。
(二)契约化管理。由公司与职业经理人签订劳动合同、聘任合同和经营业绩责任书(年度和任期)。
(三)实行年薪制。通过选聘的职业经理人薪酬结构包括基本年薪、绩效年薪、任期激励,年度综合薪酬约100万元。基本年薪按录用公司工资序列核定,绩效年薪、任期激励等与经营业绩和考核结果挂钩。
五、其他事项
1.严肃选人用人工作纪律,坚决抵制各类选人用人的不正之风,对应聘人员在招聘工作中发生的违规违纪行为,一经查实,取消其应聘资格并严肃处理。

I.Management and Remuneration
I.Implementation of Appointment System and Term System
The global recruitment of the General Manager of Hunan Exhibition Group adopts the method of appointing professional managers, and the term is decided by the Group Party Committee, generally with a term of 3 years (including a 1-year probationary period). After the probationary period, if the assessment is satisfactory, the formal appointment procedures will be carried out.
I.Contract Management
The company and the professional manager will sign a labor contract, appointment contract, and business performance responsibility letter (annual and term).
I.Implementation of Annual Salary System
The remuneration structure for selected professional managers includes basic annual salary, performance-based annual salary, and term incentives, with an annual comprehensive salary of approximatelyRMB1 million. The basic annual salary is determined based on the salarysequence, whileperformance-based annual salary and term incentives are linked to business performance and assessment results.
